    Jaclyn J. Flor, President & CEO Jaclyn J. Flor is a Licensed Professional Engineer and a New Jersey Licensed Professional Planner. Ms. Flor began her career as a Coastal Engineer and then evolved into the Public Sector as a Consulting Engineer and Planner for a multitude of Counties, Municipalities, and Agencies. She has received multiple awards for her projects and her accomplishments, including ENR New York 2016 Top 20 under 40 Professionals in the New York Region, and 2015 NJBIZ Top 40 under 40. Jaclyn Flor has been published by ASCE for her work in the Recovery of the NJ Shore after Hurricane Sandy. She has lectured at numerous colleges including Rutgers University, NJ, on the Infrastructure damage from Hurricane Sandy; several times at Columbia University, NYC, on Building Sustainable Cities; the ASCE Infrastructure Seminar at NYU on the Impacts of Sandy to NJ Infrastructure; and at Stevens University on Washington Street Redesign in the City of Hoboken. She also routinely speaks on panels at conferences. Recent presentations have included workshops on the Integration of Transportation Planning and Land Use Planning, Brownfield Redevelopment, Green Infrastructure, and Storm Preparedness. Jaclyn Flor is the President and CEO of ENGenuity Infrastructure.
